Our goal at Rough Country Rentals is to ensure a seamless rental experience from start to finish!
You can reserve your equipment through our brand-new online booking system. You may also reserve your equipment via phone. Our website will be updated automatically to reflect rental availability. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis; however, you’re encouraged to place your name on a waitlist in the event of cancellation.
Payment will be required in full at the time of reservation. Clients will be provided a copy of our rental policy to ensure they understand the agreement prior to signing. The client’s credit card will be placed securely on file to hold the reservation and mandatory security deposit.
A pre-authorization of $2000 per piece of motorized equipment is required. Upon a confirmed reservation an Email pre-authorization can be sent to multiple renters or we can take a manual pre-authorization at time of pick-up. Equipment will not be released without security deposit.
When a reservation is scheduled, a confirmation email will be sent prior to the pick-up date to ensure the client is aware of all rental logistics.
All cancellations made prior to 10 calendar days to your scheduled ride will be refunded 100% of the deposit. Cancellations made between 10 to 5 calendar days will receive a 50% refund and cancellations made 5 or less calendar days will not be eligible for refund due to the potential inability to re-rent the equipment on short notice.
Day Before: Prior to pick-up, the equipment will have fuel tanks filled, tire pressure checked, batteries fully charged, and all lights checked.
Pick-up day: The equipment will be ready for pick up at 1 pm unless otherwise arranged. Our technicians will be on hand to inspect the equipment with the renters to document any deficiencies or damage, as well as to do a safety brief and give instructions on safe and proper usage of all rented equipment.
Drop off: The equipment will be returned no later than 10 am. Our technicians will be on hand to inspect the equipment for cleanliness, damages, and any items left behind by the renter. If damage has occurred, the technicians will photograph, document, and sign the report.

Our clients are provided with helmets, gloves and more to keep you on the right track. ATV riding is intense and can be dangerous, even in the most experienced hands, and we want to ensure you’re always protected. Locals and tourists alike are strongly encouraged to complete an online training course before collecting their rental.
